How NOT to die.

One thing that often lingers in my mind is how I ABSOLUTELY WOULDN'T LIKE to die. On my top list is: - Choking on some food (don't talk and chew at the same time, folks!) - Drowning (how gruesome!) - Tripping and dying from the injuries (it's been known to happen!) - Some random object falling on my head (you wouldn't believe in the number of people that die because they're walking along and a tree or a wall collapses on their heads...) Above all, I wouldn't want to die while doing something stupid and trivial. How would you rather NOT die? If you can, check out The Darwin Awards' site, where they highlight people who managed to get themselves killed in pointlessly ridiculous ways. http://www.darwinawards.com/

apparently drowning is a good way to die...not that I would like to know mind you. How about being buried alive and then slowly being chewed on by ants and other assorted bugs??..That might be quite gruesome.

yeah but look at people drowning in the movies. They panic of course, but then end up having this real serene look to them. Promise me Rose you'll never let go.

I think being eaten by a Shark would be one of the worst ways to go! Everytime I go for a swim in the sea, I wonder how it must look from a Sharks point of view if one happened to be swimming past at the time!

That one's disturbing too. But I watched a shark attack documentary once, and a lot of people said they didn't feel much pain during the attack? Still, what a horrendous experience it must be!

Some car accidents are instant, you die instantly and if the injury is to the head or the spine or some other vital organ, you might not suffer many injuries. Just a fatal one.

OK, then let me know HOW DO YOU WANT TO DIE, AND I PROMISE I HELP YOU! :DD sorry I do not want to die, I do not like to think of that. Even how not to. But it is an interesting discussion. Good luck!

No, don't try to help me, I don't want to die either! ;D Not yet anyway... It's just that I've seen people dying in such terrible ways, I can't help thinking of how I wouldn't want to die!

Well obviously, we all die and there is nothing we can do about that. No matter how you take care of your health or not do stupid things, we will all still die. The only thing that we can do is to make the best out of our lives while we are still alive.

I'm not saying otherwise? Just thinking of the worst ways to die. Because we will all die, it's actually important to think about this. There are some pretty awful ways to die, as you can see from the ones already listed above. Old people often think about how delightful it would be to die in their sleep. That's a damned good way to die! I'd make a topic about "the best ways to die", but it would probably degenerate into morbid thoughts and depress the hell out of everybody :p

Hmm..I'd rather not die from getting splatted by anything..like a huge statue or something else hitting me or falling on my head..I'd rather not fall from waay up, because you don't always die right away..and I'd rather not drown in barf or anything else gross lol.
