worst christmas present

my first boyfriend handed me this christmas card. i was very happy to receive one from him. but got so disappointed when noticing that it wasn't his penmanship... it's his bestfriend's. he should have taken a little more effort and wrote down the dedication himself. i hid my disappointment by just giving him a thank you smile.

When I was 16 my great-grandmother knitted me a hat and put 2 balls on top. I didn't hide my dissappointment. I still feel bad about it. Sadly I still have the hat, I don't wear it but it's how I remember her.
