go get more fruits and vegetables. avoid drinking cold beverages. take in a glass of water after every meal. do sit ups everyday in the morning and before going to bed. avoid chips and chocolates.

Well I hope someone can gives some pointers here. My youngest child is 4 years old almost 5 and I have still have a little tummy pouch.
