What do you think about re gifting?

Say getting a gift for your birthday and giving it to someone else at Christmas? Is it a clever way to save money and get rid of unwanted presents or is it rude?

i think it is not good friend ....because they may present u and when u see that gift they will come to remember...for that purpose only the gift ... and if we re-gift that then i think it will not good ... and i will not do these ...

I think the only way it would be ok is if you received something nice that you had no use for, and re-gifted it to somebody who had a good use for it. ex-you never use a camera, never take pictures, receive a nice camera, and re-gift it to a friend who is a photography buff.

Re gifting is again lack of moral values. Who likes all the gifts they get anyway?? I don't like some of the gifts I get but I don't re Gift to someone else. If you regift, It shows that you don't appreciate the thought but appreciate the gift!
