make more on Ebay vs. Mylot?

I dont get this, I have read others' discussions about only making 1.20 for posts? Help I am new.

You make a certain amount per post or response. You can make much more money selling items on ebay but it involves a lot more than just typing a few sentences. Most people do not post on mylot for their main source of income.
