VULGARITY IS SOMETHING,MAYBE SOME SCENES OR TALKS WHICH PEOPLE DOES NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE TO WATCH/TALK ABOUT IN PUBLIC. IF SOMETHING REALLY PERSONAL/RAW IS BEING REVEALED IN PUBLIC THEN IT IS VULGARITY! HOWEVER IT DEPENDS FROM PERSON TO PERSON'S OPINIONS.

When you agree that it varies from person to person than will decide what is vulgar. Why should be leave it to certain group of people to decide and force on us.
