Is Tony Blair and the UK Innocent ?

I have read many discussions in which George Bush is blamed for everything and anything to do with Iraq etc. However I have not seen any mention of the UK interventions which normally go hand in hand with the USA. I apologise if I should have jumped into one of the discussions to post this but there were so many I didnt know when to jump to get my point across. Anyway as a Brit I would be interested to read your thoughts on Tony Blair (Puppet or Primeminister?)and the UK involvement instaed of the usual Bush bashing.
