Did you know that studies have shown that kiwi fruit may lower elevated serum triglyceride levels. Research has shown that consuming 2-3 kiwi fruit per day for 28 days reduces serum triglyceride levels by 18%.

Yes i have read a lot about Kiwi fruits,their nutritional values and the number one rank they hold among fruits rich in c vitamin.
we have been eating this fruit regularly for the past six months after we experianced with out a doubt that this fruit is a sure help in keeping bowel movement Excellant.No other method or sustance can compete with this.
