As a qualified weight loss consultant and an almost qualified naturopath, we learn a lot about how we should eat and all the latest developments in the area of nutrition. The quickest way to lose weght is to reduce the numb4r of carbohydrates you eat whilst still maintaining a healthy ratio of protein and fats. Is anybody currently participating in a plan like this and what are your results so far?

I did this for a while back in the spring and lost 20 lbs but then lots of things happened and I gained back 10 lbs of it because I wasn't eating like I should have but I have started back on it and I am working really hard at it again.

I am into this diet now, started it last month and I think I'm doing good, I'm losing 2 lbs a week and that's pretty ok for me. I just hope I can continue this diet program and maintain my health not only now but for the rest of my life.
