Why do women wear revealing clothes but get pissed when a guy looks?

Good question! I think that regardless of what they say they like the attention. Positive or negative attention. Most of the time they either just want attention, but sometimes they only want people they're attracted to to look at them, but quite obviously that's not going to be the only thing that happens. That's just my opinion, but you'd probably get a better answer from a woman who does this sort of thing! :)

I think they are only pissed when it's a guy they don't think is attractive... I noticed when my friends are talking about a girl and she isn't up to par in most peoples eyes we make fun of them when the girl likes the friend... I'm guessing it's the same type of thing with girls, when an unattractive guy is checking them out they automatically get defensive!

this is so true...I have a friend that yells at guys when they say things or just look at her. I just laugh because the only thing they are looking at is at her body....not her face....I don't know why they get mad...they know they dress that way for a reason....and that reason is for men to check them out...

I think it depends. Most of women are very happy if men are watching them (obviously I am talking about a normal way of watch not a maniac way). They are wearing these sexy dress for that: to be watched. Often they are proud of their bodies and like to be at the center.

I'm actually asking the same question. Women sometimes wear blouses with plunging necklines or really short skirts that shows their legs then try to cover them. Maybe women do really love the attention and love fishing for compliments. But staring too much could really make you feel uneasy.

maybe because it was not your look she was expecting, or it was not for you the revealing wear was driven :D

Do you have the notion that women owe you something . . . simply because they dress up in skimpy clothes. My guess is you wear what you like . . . why can't the women do the same without you having your mind play tricks with you. Thinking of all those things you could do !!!

i think it depends from person to person

i am a women and i tend to agree, i do not think anyone should be harrassed or insulted but some women really do dress in a manner that attracts that sort of attention..i sometimes wear shorter style shorts, but they are just nice cropped shorts not the tiny tight mini shorts girls are wearing now, so i think that you can wear clothes that in fact are more revealing but i think it is the way you wear them and how you use them that attracts this sort of attention.. ofcoarse some girls shorts skirts and necklines are just asking for male attention...

they simply graduating their demands.they know why wearing so ,guys would noticed and do some comment.but in front of guys they suddenly feeling they are being reped by guys eye.how wonder.

I've never though of that, very true, and a little puzzling. I guess women just like to look good.

I hate these types of posts because I always end up putting my foot in my mouth, but I would guess that this is the same type of guy who comments when a pretty girl walks by. As a "pretty" girl, I will let you all in on a secret. I hate it when guys do this. I absolutely makes me cringe, and although you may think you are giving a compliment... guess what? You aren't even close to being the fist one and all it serves to do is make a girl feel uncomfortable, like she's always being watched and always on display.
