Probably, because of a high-stressed life. I'm able to function, though, because I try to find the humor in everything, imagery, eating right, singing, dancing, trying to get enough sleep, hobbies and interests that take my mind off problems, and dealing with stuff the best way I can.

I actually did this past summer. I was so stressed out about school coming up and what I was going to do with my life after college that all the stress finally got to me. Luckily it only lasted a few minutes, but it did feel good to let it all out!

I've had an emotional break down more than once, it was aweful. I fell to my knees and was crying to the point of barely being able to breath. I've also lost my temper and thrown things before (not infront of kids though and I've never thrown anything at anyone).

Yes, when looking after my elderly mother who had alzheimers, I was working and looking after her as well it all became too much for as I receiving very little help from anyone else in the family, I guess it was the worst time of my life.
