Tipping bartenders in Las Vegas

Me and my friends always go to the same bar, use the same bartenders. I'm not a gambler, but if you gamble your drinks are free. I put enough money in the machine just to get the free drinks. So of course, I'm not winning anything. My girfriend, is a huge gambler, sometimes she wins, and she'll put $150 to $200 for a tip for the bartenders. Even if she's not winning, remember drinks are free if your gambling. She will still put $20.00 tip when they bring us our drinks. I think it's way too much money. We might as well just go to a regular bar, and buy our drinks. I won't tip at all, because she's got it with all she's puting in the tip jar. Tourist come here, and not tip at all or only give $1 for 5 drinks.
What would you tip a bartender in Las Vegas if drinks were free anyway?

When I've been in Las Vegas, I've usually tipped $2 a drink. (I don't normally drink more than two drinks anyway). I also don't really gamble, but if I ever had a big win at a table, I'd probably give the dealer a good tip. I agree that your friend sounds like she's over-tipping.

I would just give them maybe $2 or $3 for just serving me and fixing my drinks. If I had it like that then I would probably give them more i guess

I would tip a dollar or two, depending on how many drinks I had, like $1 for every other drink.

that's what I think, sometimes if we do a shot along with another drink then ok give a little more.
