In today's fast forward world people seldom get time to look at their inner soul. The greatest irony is that they spend the whole life making money and at the end of their life they spend the whole money in search of peace. You cannot find peace from outside because it is inside yourself. You don't have to do much, not even waste your PRECIOUS time for that. But, every day before going to bed just think for a while, whether you deserve the sound sleep. Have you done any harm to any other person or thing, if not, you are a peaceful soul. But who has the time to do these things. Believe me, it has some magical results. daily, before bed just think of other souls who suffer for a day's bread. Then you will be at peace.
