Land Lords: Friend or Foe??

What is your opinion on your landlord? Do you get along with them or is there always something that's not being done that should be being done...I know alot of people who rent and have trouble getting things fixed.

my opinion is evr positive towards land lord.my landlord is very kind and co-operative.all my past land lords were also very kind and we had very coordial relations even today.
