Attention Outbound Agent! (credit card pullers)

They said that "the only constant in this world is changes". Im one of the team leader in-charge of verifying appointments for timeshare presentation and recently i've been given this new responsibility to lead a team of sales agents focusing on phone to phone sales that involves credit card pulling. New to this raw arena, my main concerns is that clients are usually hesitant in giving their credit card info's...and i knew that somewhere out there(hustlers) theres an agent which is so good in pulling credit cards...now can you give me some techniques on how to disarm such clients.
