I wake up at 6.20am every weekdays morning to send the kids to school and then to work. On Weekend, I usually wake up at 7.30am, that is the time the kids get up and they will wake you up as well.

i always wake up at 5:30 in the morning. waking up early makes me feel more refreshed.
