is there life beyond earth?this question no body can answer with a confidence.but whats your thoughts on this?are we lonely in this universe?

I feel there is sometimes cause there is many places that humans have not reached and i feel there some kind of life exists. Those living in other planets vill b having much more better technologies and power than what humans have.
