for me it's okay to ask a guy out but it's better if the guy does the asking because it's a guy thing. they're supposed to start the ball rolling. it's also customary for guys in the philippines to do the courting and the asking and not the other way around. they also foot the entire wedding bill=). the times have changed and the women are now doing the courting. they are the ones doing the chase and loving it. they are the predator as much as the prey. I wanna know your view and opinions about this.. feel free
