Resistance against diseases

My dad keeps complaining that our life stlye reduces the disease resistance capacity in our body. But I think it is only our environment that induces such change. What do you think?

it all depends on how you take care of your body and what is your body immune system can immune or can manage. its all depends upon you immunity. so try every virus or sickness and make somebody cure you. so that your blood will be immune to that virus again.
