Statue of the Unborn child.

The catholic church has installed,the statue of the unborn child in some churches compound,as a reminder to wed /unwed/ mothers who have aborted their child, that it is wrong to abort.
I feel this constant reminder,will play havoc on the psyche, of the mother who has aborted,increase her guilt feelings,which could lead to depression, and maybe result in suicides,what is your view on this.

u r absolutely right. They shouldn't do like psychological game. Abortion is far better than making an orphan. Church are place for worship not for doing secular job.

I think it could be a major issue for women especially those who were emotionally distraught and coerced o having an abortion. I know a few people who have deep regrets bout abortions. The only reason they did choose abortion is because their parents made them.
