Is shanti guilty? If so isnt that a great shame on all Indians?

In the recent Doha Asiad event Indians could not perform so well on the events.. Tennis fans please excuse... In the athletics events there wasnt much that we achieved.. But after the closing ceremony there was and indian who captured place in the news coloumns... It was Santhi an athlet from Tamil Nadu. She failed the gender test after the 800m final. is she really guilty? Or is it an issue made by the other athlets. The truth should be revealed, else it is a great shame to all of us
