I love it because it's funny yet deep. Like, there were lots of messages about the environment and just universal truths in the humor. There was often a deeper meaning. I wish Bill Watterson would write more! The comics page just has not been the same without Calvin and Hobbes.

I agree, it's just not the same without that hilarious kid and his tiger. I especially love that strip where Calvin and Hobbes pretend they're zombies (toothpaste foaming in their mouths). I miss them both.

I love it because it's silly yet philisophical. I love how Calvin is a pain to his parents. I love how Calvin and Hobbes can get into fights, but end with a hug. I love how Hobbes attacks Calvin whenever he comes home from school. It's just a great comic, my favorite ever.

There's Calvin in all of us when we were growing up... I really like his Idea of a super hero.. Stupendous man!!!
