Any quick, cheap and healthy meals you can make when you’re tired after work?

My girlfriend sometimes makes this for me. It's super fast, and tastes good. ingredients: 1 salmon steak 1 package of spinach 3-4 pieces of garlic oil/butter to fry salt and pepper to taste 1. Chop up the garlic nice and small. If you are using fresh spinich, chop that up into about 3 inch pieces. 2. Heat the oil (I like olive oil) or butter over medium heat. 3. Fry the garlic. 4. Add spinich, stir. 5. Add salmon. As the salmon cooks, break it up into little pieces. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or so. 6. Thats it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
