In WOW, what main profession do you feel makes the most profit?

I know all the professions can make good gold. But, which of them have you found to be the most efficient way to make a profit? Another question could be which did you find to be the easiest to use? Just looking to see what the general opinion is....

yo can do mining and the selling your rocks at the shop. it doesnt give much money but its easy. you need just a pickaxe and when you see rocks on the ground, mine them.

enchanting hands down..
u can also try leatherworking or mining to go with it..
