I believe that i'm very lucky about this point.I hear from many people that they have huge problems with them mother inlaw.My she is just perfect.Ofcourse i haven't the change see her every day becouse i live in Greece and she lives at Egypt but i travell alot at Egypt for i can see her.I will do some think for Christmans holiday too.I stay every year 1 month at summer there and any time i have holiday i take my 10 years old son and i visit her for few days(We visit her more than her son).I love her and she loves me very much.So what more can i ask?Just i'm lucky!What about you?

That's nice to have a good relationship with your mother in law, because like you said some people don't get along with her mother in law. I think that's really sweet how you go visit her often. I hope to have a relationship ilke that with my mother in law one day. That's when I do get married :)

I am not married so I cannot talk because of personal experience but I can tell you that my mother gets along very well with my sister in law..she is always there when she and my brother need a bit of help and try to be discreet and don't make any troubles during the other days. In Italy there is a famous adage saying.."TRA MOGLIE E MARITO NON METTERE IL DITO" that is don't put yourself between a wife and her husband for creating any problem..oh it is very difficult to translate into English...just how to say..if they're arguing don't say a word...don't try to put one against another..
well, I hope to have a good mother in law like you and my sister in law if I ever marry someone!

You are lucky indeed. My mother in law used to be a nightmare. The thing I am most thankful to my divorce is that I got rid of my mother in law.

I met my mother in law recently, as you know, from the discussion that you responded to recently. And she is very nice and I am so glad that we both like each other and get a long. We cooked together, had tea together, and had great conversations. I hope that over tine we will be able to become even closer and can become more like mother and daughter. I am happy for you also.

I too have been blessed with a wonderful Mother-in-law! She is very understanding and caring. I can talk to her about just about anything that troubles me and she is kind, helpful and supportive. She is even more special to me as I lost my own Mother a few years back. I feel very lucky to have her in my life. :)

I see, thats why you don't have a problem in your mother0in-law. Once a year seeing each other feeling excited to see each but if you see everyday or you live near to your in-laws may be there is a problem.
