how did you quit smoking? would you please tell

my boyfriend stopped smoking. he's been smoking since he was 13 until he was 30. but since he knew that i am suffering from a heart condition, he decided to stop smoking since smoking will make my condition worst. it's his sign of respect and love for me. i did not even force him to quit. it's his decision. i guess if you have enough will and determination to quit, you'll make it!

I stopped smoking the minute I found out that I was pregnant. It took A LOT of will power but I did it and now over 2 years later I'm smoke free!!!!!! My baby is 1 and 3 months this Dec. 26 but I'm counting since I found out. Good luck!!!!!!!
