K-lite media codec pack: “Media Player Classic” is an alternative for all other media players. It can play all formats including Real Media ( if real player installed).

for functionality: Media Player Classic (with k-lite codec pack or ffdshow, I've even been hearing good things about cccp)... MPC is full of functions for tweaking media playback, as well as a cool playback preview render (picture). for appearance: winamp (all the cool skins, and can connect to ffdshow) I just wish that MPC was skinnable.
