1: Do not eat between a meal and an other.
2: Do some exercise during the day, also just 20 minutes of jogging can help.
3: Chew good every bite, this way you will feel full before than other times.
4: Follow the advices of an expert!

Three rules:
1. Eat only what you need, nothing more and nothing less. Do not eat anything beetween meals.
2. Avoid food with a large amount of fats. You can, of course, eat cheese, eggs, but only once or twice a week. Do not exceed. I would prefer vegetables and fruit (you can eat it the amount you want), that usually are really healthy and meat, chicken and a lot of fish.
3. Walk, walk, walk. There's no better way to burn your fats.

i think the best way to lose weight is jogging and running around and eating fresh fruits and drinking water,jogging around also helps in improving ur breathing and also it allows to hepls in proper circulation on blood in da body
