Weight Loss

What is the best way you've found to lose weight. I've tried a variety of diets and non have been particularly successful. I need to start something new in 2007. What exercise is good and has a high weight loss rate?

Couldn't say, i'm trying to find a way to gain some weight. Good luck with your program though!
