why most of online opportunites only for americans and canadians?

I have gone through many work at home forums and found that most of the opportunities are only for americans and
canadians. Specially in case of earning by completing the offers,95 percent of offers are only for USA and Canada.
similarly in case of freegifts etc.
why there are not so much options for asians?

I also felt the same.Most paid surveys are for us and canadian residians.
