Hello, I know lots of people here are into "fitness" and looking forward to start their New Year Revolution promise.
So if you want to start off with good fitness supplements, one of the best supplement to take is Omega-3 fish oil. Now "that" does a body good.
This supplement helps your metabolism work much more properly, gives good digestions, it will make all your joints stronger, fat burning and last but not least, it is a good muscle mass enhancer as well.
Omega-3 fish oil is one of the best and the most natural supplement to take as for fitness supplement. Start off a good year.

the protein diet part is the easy part for me, the hard part is getting inspired to train at all lol 2 or 3 hours before training is usually perfect because it takes me that long to stop procrastinating and get motivated to exercise :p

Supplements can never match the natural workout and excercise
They can be fast but can surely end up being a mess later
So its better to switch on to normal gym and regular workout
Being muscular doesnt means you are fit!

I will give one more new years resolution to keep fit and healthy throughout the year and keep your medical expence to be ZERO.this can be done by doing yoga/pranayama practice daily for 20 minutes and you will be away from all doctors/medicines.These are simple breathing exercises and has to be done daily in the morning with empty stomach. i myself is a yoga/pranayam teacher and have helped many people to remain fit and healthy throughout the life.only condition is to do it regularly.if you want to know the details, please refer to my articles on the subject on www.associatedcontent.com and get your self familiarised, and my humble request is to start it.The benefits will be seen within 3 weeks maximum.

You would probably have to do more than just omega-3. I am also on the other side of 40 (will be even further on Monday) and I try to exercise some, but I have found a great nutritional suppliment system that has really helped me a lot. Message me if you'd like more information!!

actually your body will turn excess of any thing you put in that is not used or consummed into toxic waste.that is the part that turns to fatty tissues.so to much of anything is not healty.but i would rather my body dispose of healty products than things that are already bad for you when you start eating.so just keep in mind that start healthy end healthy.its even ok to have sweets because we even need sugar products in our body.we are made up of 98 elements and need all to survive so mix it up and live a little but remember the stomach is as big as your fist.cramm it to full and toxic waste begins good or bad food.

Good comment +, thanks. Yes you exactly understand what I'm trying to say and what people need, because right now these days, it's health and fitness that people are being more aware of. I mean money comes anytine we make it come, but health is a great gift and we need to take care of that. Heatlh is what makes wealth.

Thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention. A healthy diet is first and foremost for health. But for most of us, it is next to impossible to get everything the body needs through diet. Supplements are essential. My cardiologist suggested adding fish oil so I know you are right on. By the way, there is nothing wrong with my heart. I do watch my weight and try (note the operative word "try" LOL) to exercise. Have a great and healthy year!

Problem with supplements is that they are best taken in natural form. When made into capsules or tabs, there are additives like colour, preservatives, etc which may not be so good for you. If you can get your vitamins from natural sources it is best, second best is from natural source vitamin pills. Besides, just taking one type of supplement like omega 3 may not be good for some people and too much of a good thing may also be bad for you. So beware!

Yes thank you for your comment (+), but the thing is, is that I'm talking in general, because it might probably concern a lot of people, maybe not everybody, but lots of people. And what I'm saying is that this not the only natural supplement to take, this ONE of the good to take. Vitamins is a FOR SURE supplement to take every day. Good vitamin are the ones that carry A-Z vitamins. Thanks again for the comment.
So what are your opinion on this everybody?

Yes, Omega-3 is an important part of your diet, but you need a balanced set of nutrition. It's almost impossible to get that with normal eating so you should take suppliments. I have been on a regimine that works great for me.

I read somewhere that fish oil helps to reduce high blood pressure. I also believe in exercise being the ultimate way to healthy loving. Drinking lots of water and healthy eating... but i must confess, I am occassionally guilty of some indulgence, chocolates is my weakness!

Yes, most of people are eager to keep fit. In my opinion, workout is probably much more efficient than taking some supplements. Besides doing practice are free of side effect. It's the healthiest way to keep fit.
