indian censor puts a great restriction on films.The movie makers are sometimes unable to express themselves.

Why not if the situation demands so, but not only to make steamy sensuous scenes.

No, it is not necessary.film makers put such scenes in their films do this only to attract audience any for their profit.there are many other way to express their idea or story.
