A pure within runescape is norammly a low level defence player, normaly around level one maybe above that for mistake. They have low defence but higher strength, range or magic. They norammly have 40,50,60 or 70 attack and are very powerfull.
You are new to runescape? On any free world I see loads of pures everywhere.

You might know them as "GLASS JAWS". These guys are made strictly for player killing usually. They don't worry about defense or armor for risk of loosing it( they can use prayer to protect their weapon ). Their good on the attack for one style only. If you can survive their initail assault they go down with one punch to their "GLASS JAW".

Strange my first response disappeared.
I'm not a pure. My combat level is 101 ( no combat stat below 80 ). The pkers tend to leave me alone. When I go into the wildie I'm fully armed and armored ( I don't actually go to Pk I'm there hunting dragons or clue scrolls )and can attack with whatever style their weakest aginst. I've hacked apart groups of pures stupid enough to attack me before. Most of the smart ones just back away slowly or try to coax me into joining them so they can get me skulled ( like that'd happen ).

my pure is lvl 70 ? with 70 att 70 str and i think 40 def

Yes I actually do have a pure and they are lots of fun. I've had mine for a month or two now and hes a strength pure. I chose strength pure because they hit hardest and they are easy k0's with rune 2h. My str pure has 50 atk 71 str 62 hp 1 def and 31 pray. He maxes a 23 with rune 2h potted and pray so I do get many kills. So in my opinion making a pure is way worth your time doing cause you can have fun and make money and a lot of new friends in the process. Some kills I have gotten are. Lots of rune 2hes and scimmies. Full black g, Full rune, Full addy, Full mith, Lots of str ammies, Lots of colored gloves, Lots and Lots of iron, arrows power ammies and thats basicly all but there is more. at first my acc was a pure melee, but then i kindof got into everything else.

i always considered a pure to concentrate on one stat or combat style and nothing else or maybe one other stat to make money like high mage and mining or fishing for money
