So are taking you vitamins? You know vitamins are one the first that is best to take when you start your day, especially in the morning.
Vitamins helps you avoid most kinds of cold, viruses and bacteria. They are very good for you especially if you train or go to the gym. Vitamins are know also as good supplements for good muscle building, if you're in to that as well.
Make sure you take your vitamins. You don't have to, but with the great experience that I've had with them, I really recommend it for you, for any reason and for any purpose.

Well eating fruit amoung other things would mean you wouldn't have to take vitamin tablets. I do both because my wife needs 'em and they are nice, it gives me a wee bit of energy and i like 'em. rather sweety.
It's better to food which contain vitamins tho. It's more natual for us to do this then to eat something which has been made to the same thing. (normally it isn't as good)
Kudos

I take my vitamins every day and take a couple different ones. I use Centrum Vitamins as well as the B12 vitamins. These were suggested by my doctor and are very good for good health, strong bones and good heart. I take these every morning before going to work. We all should be taking vitamins to improve or maintain good health.

Yes i take a daily dose of vitamins all of the time, it's important to compensate for any shortages even while we eat a balanced food as we can't be too sure if it contains all the essential vitamins and minerals all of the time..

I have taken vitamin suppliments for as long as I can remember. I do eat a balanced diet, but there's no way to get enough vitamins just through food. You want to make sure that you are taking vitamins at least twice a day since your body uses up what you take in the morning and you sometimes find yourself dragging in the afternoon.

Ok, but attention to the effects collaterals!
In large doses some vitamins have documented side effects. Vitamin side effect tend to increase in severity with increasing dosage. The likelihood of consuming too much of any vitamin from food is remote, but overdosing from vitamin supplementation does occur. At high enough dosages som vitamins cause side effects, such as nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting.
