Increasing your height if you are not what is considered to be average in your region might be very painful.... And to openly speak most of us are shalloe which can be directly understood from the book "Blink by malcom gladwell".. the point is there are lots of ways to increase your height... but the only reason stops you is your laziness... belive me.. i have seen some people make it and some keep on whining.... If you need some help drop a line or two specifying your problem in this area....
