Its hard to say without more information. Extreme headaches can be casued by all kinds of things. My own daughter hit her head when she was little and got a bump right in the middle of her forehead. Later on she developed extremem headaches that caused her to be sick. She could only control it with medicine. My husband suffers from migraines. sometimes drinking tea helps and other times laying down in a dark room. Again it is hard to suggest something without knowing the cause of your extremem headaches.
