How do you get your mailbox spam to dissapear ?

I joined a few sites some time ago and they all told me it's safe and I will not receive any spam never from them, and also that they will not give my email to other sites of sell them. That the biggest lie I ever heard, or maybe it isn't, please tell me tour opinion and help me lose that anoying spam!!!

I use a yahoo mail adress and I mark as spam many messages and I stop receiving them.

I have address to yahoo. You right you can mark as spam and not received.
We suposse you received 1 mail to axa@yahoo.com OK ? You mark this address and next time you not received mail from this address but you received another mail to axaa@yahoo.com (with 2 "a") So my conclusion is : You can not escape to SCAM mails. Is like as well as cancer.

I also have the same problem. I have joined a lot of HYIP and HYIP-monitor and they send me a lot of spam e-mails. I relly do not know how to get ride of them. Maybe I will find a good advice on this toppic. I just whant to say that from now on I have a e-mail just for this kind of websites.
