In my LAN yes.

I also had maded two windows one for myseld with password and one for my family members or cousins

not really since nobody wants to be a guest on my pc so they got their own. even so i still password protect my account.

I haven't any brothers or sisters, so i only use the pc but seldon my father use it to taking the fly-ticket

No i do not share my PC as i am in a hostel and our here is a single seater room so no one share their PC but we often sit together and watch movie..

the word PC it self stands for (Personal Computer) which means this computer if your personal thing and shouldn't be shared lol its really my personal thing i don't share it, i have made 2 windows account even when i have to share it if someones comes like cousins, i let them use the other windows account and i put password on my personal things.
