When any thing is forbidden to be eat, or made use of, they say, that it is taboo!Please discuss what are the things that is a TABOO in your religion?

As a Catholic Christian we are not forbidden on any food to eat but its a matter of personal choice on which food we eat. Personally I'm limiting on eating meat right now.
