I think Hillary Duff is prettier. Lindsey Lohan has too many freckles and her insecurity shows through in her acting. Hillary's insecurities show too but I think she is soon to outgrow that.

lindsay lohan without a doubt she is very natural and her smile is so warming hilary duff looks as though she has had alot of work done to achieve her looks although she is still pretty i prefer linsay's look
