How do you grill your pork belly?

Here's my recipe for Sinugbang Tiyan sa Baboy or literally, Grilled Pork Belly. Probably the simplest (and best tasting) way for me to grill it.
Take a half a kilo of pork belly and rub salt on it then girll it skin first. Once the whole thing changes color, turn it over and cook the other side. After a few minutes, slice the skin part halfway through the lean portion of the belly. You'll know when it's ready, when you can't stop salivating.
Serve with soy sauce, lemoncito and 2 fresh peppers, or as many as you want depending on how hot you want it, for dipping.
Goes well only with rice...but that's just me.
Got recipes to top that? :))

I'm salivating already. Yum.
FYI, I always marinate my pork belly in soy sauce and vinegar. I'll try salt next time.
