it is of my opinion though rebutable that still there is no law touching this subject was passed by any congress or parliament of any government in all corners of the world,the issues raised to deny such law for being passed is that it is allegedly a total surrender of ones right to privacy,which is generally supreme to that of issues involving national interest and security,can these two issues be reconciled for the reason that DNA testing is merely a partial surrender of ones right?if not kindly state your suggeted reasons or opinions that may reconcile both issues.

Convicted offenders are finger printed. Why not have DNA testing?
