how to del my ikobo account?

i have one account in ikobo, but when i try to login i have problem, i can't login in ikobo. The server can't detect my user name and password. So i send a massage to CS, but i don't have a reply in my mail. Whatever i make a new account in ikobo, but how i delete my lates ikobo account?
