A teacher must be patient and interesting. I think the best teachers are good listeners. They get their students involved and let the students lead the learning process. Too many teachers I've known, expect their students to just sit there and absorb all this wonderful information the teacher is saying. for me, it just doesn't work that way. I start tuning out the teacher unless they have me doing something.

hi. thats nice. teacher should not be boring. i had experienced boring teachers. it really lessen my interests on the subject. and also a teacher must not easily irritable and must not abuse his/her power. abuse meaning should be fair in giving grades, no matter how he/she dislike the student.
hope you will be a good teacher. Goodluck!

The quality of good teachers? First, he should be able to have a good subject mastery on what he is goint to deliver in front of the class. Second, he has to master a good teaching learning strategy in terms of Specific Instructional and General Instructional, so the goal of teaching will be effectively and effeciently achieved. Third one, you should be able to master the classroom management. This is very important to manage the class so you can keep your attention and eyes on the close corner and the far corner where the studens are seated. All of them will get same attention from you. So you can deliver your subject to all students instead to a certain student seated in front row.
All of those are important to know, as teacher is the one who plays a key role to success for the students acheivement and for the subject mastery achievement. Good luck, buddy.
