Birth Control for Drug Addicts

I know this is really controversial but I want to see hoe people feel about this. Scotland wants to make it mandatory for birth control mixed in with their methadone. Scotland is trying to prevent babies born addicted to methadone and opiates.
So what do you think??

I did'nt hear about this. But i feel like its a good thing. When they clean up and our stable then is the time to have kids.
