How to learn language? I am a chinese .I learn english 12 years ,but i oral so poor.i can't talk with othors in english.what can i do ?can you help me ?

Do u know practice makes a man or woman perfect. I would advise u too speak english in your home with your parents, or with your friends, there by u your communication in english both oral and written would automatically improve,
