Iraq War...how to deal

Do you guys know anyone who has been over in Iraq, is in Iraq, or will be going soon? My brother is in the Army. He got back from Iraq a few months ago and has not been the same since. We are all waiting for the "old" him to come back. I am starting to wonder if it will ever happen. I am proud of him for what he done, but I miss my brother. Any tips on this? What can bring his personality back? Also, what are you thoughts in general on the war? I am from NY so I understand why we are there. I am just starting to fear that it will never end. When is enough...enough? Who makes the final choice? Where do we go from here?
