in my opinion, it's all depend on the situation. For example, you are in the middle of important meeting with your most important client, then your friend call and he/she ask you go company him/her to do something. dont you think you should prioritise your job first?

If he/she is really my friend, he/she will clearly understand my situation and would wait for me to be available.
I think friends should be very comprehensive and understand their friends problems or duties.

Friends are more important than money. Friends can enlighten you, make you feel happy when you are sad, and support you. My father always told me, when you share the pain it divides, when you share the love it multiplies. You need friends to do this. I don't think money can take your pain away the way a friend can.

Definately friends any day. Friends are there to offer comfort and support should it be needed, they are also loyal, trustworthy, honest and considerate. Money can buy you things certainly but it cannot buy what you get from a real friend. I don't have much money but I do have some very special friends and they are much more important to me. As you said, money can buy false friends and how would a person know if the "friend" liked you for yourself or your money.

Well, I guess we all want to have friends but the truth is that without money there's no quality life. It's true too that when you've got a lot of money you start having a lot of 'friends' that only want your company because of your money so I guess it's better to be stable and have friends for real than be rich and have a lot of fake friends.

Money is important to survive in this world, but we should not let money control us. The people we love friends, family etc are more important than money. But we could always need money to help them so there comes the importance of money.

I agree with you there . Money is not a whole lot of good if you don't have true friends and family to share it with . I would pick friends over money anyday as you can have friends and still get money but with money you may not have as many true friends as you might like to think .

Its not the matter of importance, You really need both, you need a friend to turn to when things go wrong, a shoulder to cry on, or just have some laughs. You arent going to get this from money, But without money I dont think your friend is going to foot the bill. Its a matter of balance.

Friends are much more important than money. Money cannot buy health, happiness, or friends.

i agree with you...having money will attract a lot of friends to your side...but you will always have this 'nagging' feeling inside you wondering whether they are real friends or whether is it the money. i prefer to be poor to know who's my true friends around me

IMOP,it is depend on what can make the man happy.I think the point of life is to be happy, what we do just for making us happy, so if a man like money most, that I think money is more inportant to him.But I think for most people the friends are more import, hence friends can make us happy. For me, I will chose friends.

I agree with you.Without friend we are alone in the world. For me,best friend is more important than money (even more valuable than 1 million dollars).Money can't talk with us while we sad, friends can motivate, share, and cheer up while we sad.Well, there are still many things that friends can do but the money didn't.

Friends hands down is more important than money. What happens when the money is gone...who will be there for you---a good friend! I would rather surround myself with 5 good friends than some gawd awful huge amount of money. Money brings out the greed in everyone. That is just human nature.
