three words,talaq.

Can u let three words,talaq said in an inebriated state,be cause for seperation,even for a day, specially when the couple both want to live together,I dont think it is right,what are your views,

What exactly is talaq? I have never heard of this before. Can you explain what exactly this means. It sounds interesting.
