Sorry, but your limbs, like your height are predetermined by genetics. You can stunt their growth with an improper diet but there is nothing you can do to make them longer. (Yes, there is surgery where you can have your leg/arm bones separated and plates put in to lengthen your bones but this is only done for those of less than normal height like people diagnosed with dwarfism. It is also very painful with a long recovery period). A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18. So, if you are younger than those age limits, your growing is not complete. (I'm an R.N.)
